Privacy statement

General

LOADXL processes and manages personal data of potential, current, and former employees, (customers of) customers, suppliers, and other relationships in various (information) systems. This involves various personal data such as name, gender, contact details, and the like. Processing takes place for various purposes, such as adequately executing assignments, fulfilling legal and/or contractual obligations, or within the context of an (upcoming) employer/employee relationship. Other interests may also necessitate the processing of personal data. LOADXL processes personal data in accordance with applicable (inter)national laws and regulations, contracts with customers, suppliers and relationships, and LOADXL's (privacy) policy.

How LOADXL handles personal data

LOADXL treats personal data confidentially and with care. Personal data are only stored if necessary and for a legitimate purpose. LOADXL always considers the interests of the data subject. Only employees for whom it is absolutely necessary for the performance of their duties have access to stored personal data. LOADXL never shares personal data with third parties for direct commercial gain. LOADXL only shares personal data with third parties if necessary for the provision of services, if consent has been obtained from the individuals involved, or if there is a legal obligation to do so. LOADXL maintains a high level of security of its computer systems, but explicitly excludes liability for damage caused by (illegally) obtained information from LOADXL's systems. LOADXL deletes personal data upon request, within a reasonable period after the termination of the contractual relationship if no new contractual relationship is expected soon or as soon as there is no longer a legal obligation to retain it, but in no case longer than legally permitted.

Right of access and objection

Data subjects can access the information collected about them by LOADXL and the purpose for which it is done. Data subjects can also request the modification and/or deletion of their personal data without any charges. Finally, they can object to receiving information from LOADXL through various media. If a data subject has any of the aforementioned requests, they can submit them in writing to info@loadxl.nl

LOADXL reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Statement. Each modification will be published on this page. We advise you to consult this Privacy Statement regularly.
